According to police reports, Koch was wanted on an outstanding Iroquois County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Koch was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he remains in lieu of bond.

On April 16^th, 2019, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a single vehicle accident on Co. Rd. 2400 N near Co. Rd. 1300 E. According to Police reports, a vehicle driven by Kendra L. Shule, age 31, of Ashkum, IL. was traveling westbound on Co, Rd. 2400 N when a deer ran into the roadway and was struck by Shule, No injuries were reported and no citations were issued. The vehicle sustained over $1500 in damages,
