Brenda L. Boone, 65, of Martinton passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka. She was born on June 20, 1958 in Wyzeta, Minnesota, a daughter of Jerry and Karen (Olson) Martin and they preceded her in death. She married Robert “Bob” A. Boone on September 23, 1978 in Anoka, Minnesota and he preceded her in death on September 24, 2020.

Brenda is survived by her daughters, Christina Bergner of Danforth and Tanya (Christopher) Stone of Indiana; one son, Jesse Boone of Cabery; three sisters, Linda Kittelson Martin of Minnesota, Laura (Dan) Culver of Warsaw, Missouri, Beth (Mark) Powers of Jasper, Arkansas; and eight grandchildren.

Brenda was an LPN at Arcadia Care in Clifton. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton. Funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
