Sandra K. Lambert, 79, of Piper City passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the Piper City Rehab and Living Center. She was born on May 19, 1943 in Watseka, a daughter of Howard and Dorothy (Osborne) Whaley and they preceded her in death. Sandra married Arnold “Butch” Lambert in Anchor, Illinois of March 27, 1968 and he survives in Piper City.

Also surviving are her daughter, Jana McDade of Urbana; her son, Jeff (Scottie) Treesh of Argos, Indiana; her step-daughter, Lori (Howie) Dillman of Sidney; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Sandra was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gilman. She was a teller at the Farmers-Merchant Bank. Sandra enjoyed camping and playing cards.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gilman. Funeral will follow at the church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Pete Hinrich officiating. Burial will follow in the Gilman Cemetery in Gilman.

Memorials may be given to the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gilman or to the Donor’s Choice.
