Dora A. Arnold, 88, of Bourbonnais, formerly of Martinton, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020 at Presence Our Lady of Victory in Bourbonnais. She was born on March 20, 1932 in Bonfield, the daughter of George and Etta (Arthur) Arnold.

She is survived by one son Randy Arnold, and his partner Gregg Fernandez, of Thornton, CO; a niece Vicki Sain of Kankakee; and one sister Mardene Arnold of Watseka. Dora was also extremely close to the Wingerter children.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Welty Arnold and George “Berle” Arnold; and six sisters, Lucille Cousin, Edith Palermo, Gertrude Martin, Tevis Wingerter, Velma Blanton and Dorothy Arnold.

Dora enjoyed traveling. Throughout her life, she had visited twenty plus countries and forty plus states. She also enjoyed spending summers in Colorado.

Private graveside services will be held at Kankakee Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ARC of Iroquois County.
