On Oct. 28, at 8:34 p.m., Watseka Police conducted a traffic stop at the North 4th Street/East Oak Street intersection. According to police reports, a passenger of the vehicle, Samuel P. Vires, IV, 38, of Wellington, was arrested on an outstanding Kankakee County warrant. Vires IV was transported to the Iroquois County Jail without incident.

Rose M. Albright, 26, of Watseka, was arrested for possession of drug equipment, possession of methamphetamine (over 5 grams), delivery with intent to deliver, and bringing contraband into a penal institution. Albright was transported to the Iroquois County Jail without incident.
