Iroquois county police news 7/30/2025

On July 24th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Matthew Ailey, age 54, of Woodland. According to police reports, deputies were dispatched to the report of a car accident. Upon locating the wrecked vehicle, contact was made with Ailey, and signs of impairment were observed. A probable cause search of Ailey's person and his vehicle revealed suspected fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. Ailey was taken into custody and charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Ailey was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later released with a notice to appear.

On July 25th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriff's Police arrested Jeremy Bruens, age 46, of Donovan. According to police reports, deputies were dispatched to the report of individuals trespassing on private property. Upon contacting the suspected individuals, including Bruens, a computer check was run. The check revealed that Bruens had an outstanding Iroquois County warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. Bruens was taken into custody and transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he awaits his next court date.

On July 26th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriff's Police arrested Damien Rosillo, age 23, of Joliet. According to police reports, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Rosillo for traffic violations. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed a loaded firearm without a

serial number. Rosillo was taken into custody and charged with unlawful use of a weapon by felon and defacing identification marks of a firearm. Rosillo was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later released with a notice to appear.

On July 27th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriff's Police arrested Timothy Boehme, age 44, of Loda. According to police reports, deputies were dispatched to the report of a domestic that had occurred. On scene, deputies met with the complainant. Through the course of their investigation, Boehme was identified as the suspect. Boehme was taken into custody and charged with domestic battery. Boehme was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later released with a notice to appear
