On July 18th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriff's Police arrested Bryan Reed, age 53, of Onarga. According to police reports, deputies were dispatched to the report of a person displaying a firearm while driving. Through the course of their investigation, contact with Reed was made, and a C02 pistol was recovered from his vehicle. Reed was taken into custody and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Reed was transported to the Iroquois County Jail, where he was later released with a notice to appear.
On July 19th , 2025, Iroquois County Sheriff's Police arrested Matthew Hamill, age 27, of Watseka. According to police reports, deputies observed traffic violations and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where Hamill was the passenger. A computer check revealed Hamill to have an outstanding Kankakee County warrant for failing to appear on the original charge of driving while license suspended. Hamill was taken into custody and transported to the Iroquois County Jail. He was later released on a notice to appear.
On July 21st, 2025, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Andrew Stover, age 31, of Cissna Park. According to police reports, Stover had an outstanding Iroquois County warrant for aggravated fleeing/eluding a peace officer and driving while license revoked. Deputies located Stover at the Iroquois County Courthouse. Stover was taken into custody and escorted to the Iroquois County Jail where he awaits his next court date.
On July 21st, 2025, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Jordan Raymer, age 21, of Sheldon. According to police reports, deputies observed traffic violations and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Raymer. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were performed, and Raymer showed signs of impairment. A search of Raymer's person revealed drug paraphernalia. Raymer was taken into custody and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Raymer was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later released with a notice to appear.
