WHAT:                      Single Vehicle Traffic Crash with Injury

 

WHERE:                   US Route 45 southbound at 1350N, approximately four miles north of Tuscola, Douglas County.

 

WHEN:                      Dec. 22, 2020 at 4:30 P.M.

 

VEHICLE:                Unit 1 – 2004 Harley Davidson Motorcycle

 

DRIVER:                   Unit 1 – Jeramiah A. Mckenzie, a 34-year-old male from Tuscola, IL – Airlifted to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

 

PRELIMINARY:      Preliminary investigative details indicate the following occurred: Unit 1 was traveling southbound on US Route 45 near 1350N in Douglas County. The drive of unit 1 lost control and left the roadway to the right. The driver was ejected from the motorcycle. The driver of Unit 1 was airlifted to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No further information will be disseminated at this time.
