On December 1 st, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a 2 vehicle accident that occurred in the Gilman Pilot parking tot. A vehicle driven by Miguel A. Ramirez-Gomez age 42 of El Paso, TX, was turning in the parking lot when the camper he was pulling struck a parked semi-truck. There was over $1500 damage to both vehicles and there were no injuries reported and no citations were issued.
On November 30th, 2020, Milford Police arrested Christopher R, Hollis, age 33, of Milford. Hollis was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamines. Hollis was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond,
On December 2nd, 2020, Milford Police arrested Kevin L. Lambert, age 34, of Milford. Lambert was charged with Theft Under $500, Lambert was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond.
On December 2nd, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Perry D. Carswell age 58, of Hoopeston, Carswe!l was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Obstructing Identification. Carswell was transported to Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond.
On December 3rd, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a single vehicle accident on County Road 1900 E at approx. 3200 N. The vehicle had 2 occupants which were transported to Riverside Hospital, one with serious injuries and the other with minor injuries. One occupant later succumbed to injuries and died at Riverside Hospital, More information will be released pending notification to the family.
