The Following Preliminary Information is Being Released by Illinois State Police District 21

 

PRELIMINARY:

 

Preliminary investigation has indicated the Tractor was turning onto his farm property pulling two loaded grain wagons. The Chevrolet rear ended the rear wagon of the Tractor. The driver of the Chevrolet was pronounced deceased at Iroquois Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Tractor was transported to Hoopeston Hospital with minor injuries.
