Waiters then went to an upstairs bedroom and woke an occupant of the residence and asked if she could sleep with her. The occupant then alerted her parents, who in turn dialed 911. Walters was charged with Residential burglary, Possession of methamphetamine and Brining contraband into a penal institution, Walters was transported to the Iroquois County jail,
