Candace Pinkstaff, 21 of Bridgeport IL was involved in a traffic accident in the 500 block of S. 3 ^rd St. on Tuesday. She was issued citations for operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid driver's license. No injuries were reported. She posted bond and was released.
