Valerie A, Townsend 36 of Watseka and Elayna C, Alexander, 18 Of Watseka were both arrested on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at 3:48 P.M. in the 300 block of N. Chicago St, after Police recognized Townsend driving a vehicle and knew her driver's license was suspended. The vehicle pulled into a driveway and the passenger, Alexander ran inside of the residence, Townsend was arrested for driving while license suspended, and was also then charged with Possession of

Methamphetamine and Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Police then located Alexander inside the residence and she was arrested on an Iroquois County warrant charging her with FTA — Retail theft, They were both transported to ICSD jail where they await court appearances.
