Dennis Brown, 71, of Watseka passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at his residence. He was born on December 8, 1954 in Kankakee, a son of Donald Edward Brown Sr. and Ida Lucinda Brown.
He is survived by one daughter, Jessie (Jay) Davis; two sons, Jody Brown and Joshua Brown; three grandchildren, Dylan Thompson, Daytin Thompson, and Emma Brown; two brothers, Donald “Butch” Brown Jr. and Dale Brown; and one sister, Linda Bruens.
Dennis was preceded in death by both of his parents; and one brother, David Brown.
Dennis enjoyed working on his cars, canoeing, playing euchre, and hanging out with his friends and family.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at the Baier Funeral Home in Watseka. Funeral services will be on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Franklin officiating also at the Baier Funeral Home in Watseka. Burial will follow in the Flesher Cemetery near Crescent City.
