Michael Wayne Kietzmann, 41, of Danforth passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 at his residence. He was born on August 28, 1983 in Watseka, a son of Charles Lee and Sandra (Swartz) Kietzmann and they preceded him in death.

 

He married Tracey York in Watseka on August 20, 2020 and she survives. Also surviving are three children, Reese Lee Kietzmann, Sandra Sue Kietzmann, and Shelby Lynn Kietzmann all of Danforth; one brother, Mitchell (Stacy) Kietzman of Danforth; two sisters, Carma (Pedro) Martinez of Cedartown, Georgia and Marsha Wooley of Cedartown, Georgia; several nieces and nephews; and his father-in-law, Alvin (Karen) York of Watseka.

 

Michael loved the outdoors and working on cars. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

 

Visitation will be on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. funeral service at Danforth Reformed Church in Danforth with Rev. Donald J. MacDonald III officiating. Burial will follow in the Onarga Cemetery.

 

Memorials may be given to the family’s wishes to go toward his children.
