Donald E. Mullikin, 86, of Donovan passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee. He was born on October 27, 1938 in Kankakee, a son of Eugene and Dora (Pool) Mullikin and they preceded in death, along with two brothers, Ed Mullikin and George Mullikin; and one sister, Nancy Robbins.

 

Donald married Janice Arseneau in Bonfield on March 6, 1965 and she survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Jodi (Dan) Hutson of Bonfield and Jill (Scott) Mullikin-Deneau of Morocco, Indiana; two sons, John (Michelle) Mullikin of Piper City and Joel Mullikin of Fowler, Indiana; one brother, Clinton Mullikin of Bourbonnais; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

 

Donald loved the outdoors and gardening. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Army.

 

A private graveside service will be held at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Beaverville.

 

Arrangements are by the Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
