Mario Becerra Navarro, 57, of Rantoul passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born on February 24, 1967 in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, the son of Fausto Becerra Bocanegra and Consuelo Navarro Mendes.

 

He is survived by his significant other, Rosalind Clark of Rantoul; his mother, Consuelo Navarro Mendes; four brothers; six sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

 

Mr. Navarro enjoyed taking his fur babies to the park, traveling locally with Rosalind, and working at Bayer in Farmer City. He loved his cowboy boots and Nike shoes. Mario enjoyed watching soccer, baseball, and other sports.

 

A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.
