Kathy Donnelly, 67, of Piper City, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Piper City Rehab & Living Center.

 

Kathy was born on November 2, 1956 to Harold & Joanne (Kregel) Luebchow and they preceded her in death along with one son Jason Kemnetz; one nephew Kaleb Luebchow; and several aunts and uncles.

 

She is survived by two daughters, Kelli Kemnetz of Peoria Heights and Kori (Dave) Giacometti of Buckingham; one son, Dylan Donnelly of Bloomington; one sister, Kaye (David) Schmidt of Thawville; two brothers, Kent (Amy) Luebchow of Buckley and Kevin Luebchow of St. Joe; 2 grandchildren, Gabe & Kyah; several aunts & uncles including John & Judy Goldenstein of Danforth and Dennis & Janice Kregel of Cissna Park; and many nieces & nephews including

Cody & Casey Schmidt, Micah, Jared & Austin Luebchow, and Alycia Carter & Aubrey Kaufman.

 

Kathy graduated in 1974 from Buckley-Loda High School. She loved listening to music and playing Bunco with her Bunco girls.

 

Cremation rites accorded by Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga and private burial will be held at a later date.
