Sharon E. Fink, 84, of Bayles Lake and formerly of Onarga, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Porter Place in Tinley Park.  She was born on January 7, 1940 in Vincennes, IN, the daughter of Malcolm and Hazel (Henry) Lathrop.  She married Lyman Paul Fink in Basel, Switzerland on June 27, 1958 and he preceded her in passing on May 11, 2009.  She is also preceded in death by one brother and two grandchildren.

Surviving are three daughters, Kim (Tom) DuBois of Fox Lake, Kelly (Jim) Peterson of Peotone, and Tracy (Bob) Mohr of Beecher; three sons, Todd Fink of Story City, IA, Brad (Carol) Fink of Dwight, and Brent (Katie) Fink of Willowbrook; one sister, Sandra Fink of Onarga; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed reading, walking her dogs, bicycling, and spending time with her family.

Memorial services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga. Graveside service will follow in the Onarga Cemetery in Onarga. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. before the memorial service.

Memorials may be made to Moments Hospice or to the Iroquois County Animal Rescue.
