Duane K. Williams II, 55, of Emden, Illinois, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Edward Elmhurst Health in Elmhurst. He was born on November 30, 1967 in Bloomington, a son of Duane K. Williams and Carolyn Harder.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Wright of Emden; one daughter, Rachelle Williams; two grandchildren, Jase Williams and Riley Williams; three brothers, James (Dar) Williams of Sheldon, Brian Williams of Emden, and Korey (Misty) Williams of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Duane was preceded in death by his father; one brother, Scott Williams; and one sister, Maria Smith.
Duane enjoyed drag racing, fishing, and his ’73 Chevy Nova.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka. Burial will be held at a later date in the Sheldon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Family’s Wishes or to the Baier Funeral Home to help pay for funeral expenses.
