Jose De Jesus Barajas, 45, of Indianapolis and formerly of Onarga, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 in Indianapolis. He was born on March 30, 1977 in Jalisco, Mexico, the son of Jose Trinadad Barajas and Carolina Cabrera Zermeno.

Surviving are his mother, Carolina Cabrera Zermeno of Jalisco, Mexico; six brothers; eight sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, three brothers, and one sister.

Visitation will be from 9:00-10:30 am on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Knapp Funeral Home in Onarga.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gilman. Private burial will take place at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
