Shawn M. Skidmore, 47, of Thawville passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at her home. She was born on November 12, 1974 in Corbin, KY, the daughter of Archie Kenneth Paul and Barbara Sue Howington. Her father preceded her in death.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara Sue Williams of Manchester, OH; four children, Danielle Johnson of Slaughter, KY, Natosha Dees of Rockholds, KY, Courtney Dye of Corbin, KY, and Michael Skidmore of Corbin, KY; two brothers, Danny Paul of Thawville and Mark Paul of Corbin, KY; three sisters, Debra Bryant of Rockholds, KY, Sharon Harp of Rockholds, KY, and Jody Lamarr of Thawville, IL; and a special friend, Eric Grooms of West Union, OH.

Cremation rites are being handled by Baier Funeral Home in Watseka.

A memorial service will take place at later date in Williamsburg, KY.
