Kathleen S. McKinney, 64, of Milford passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at her home. She was born on January 11, 1958 in Watseka, a daughter of John G.W. and Mildred (Schiewe) Brutlag and they preceded her in death. Kathleen married Micheal L. McKinney on August 6, 1983 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Woodworth and he preceded her in death on May 14, 2017.

Surviving are three daughters, Heather Crissey of LaVergne, Tennessee, Cortney McKinney of Milford, and Sabrina McKinney of Milford; two sons, Micheal McKinney Jr. of Watseka and Kaleb McKinney of Milford; one sister, June Harvey of Chicago; three brothers, Dave Brutlag of Bloomington, Dale Brutlag of Chicago, and Joel Brutlag of Minnesota; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She enjoyed doing crosswords, puzzles, and playing cards.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Baier Funeral Home in Watseka with the funeral service to follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Joel Brutlag officiating.
