Eunice M. Reiners, 90, of Milford passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Iroquois Resident Home in Watseka.

Eunice was born on May 28, 1931 in Woodworth, the daughter of George and Louise (Teske) Sorensen and they preceded her in death. She married Arnold F. Reiners on April 24, 1954 in Woodworth and he preceded her in death on February 8, 2007. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Irene Wilken.
She is survived by one son, Roland Reiners of Milford; two daughters, Linda (Morris) Hill of Watseka and Carol (Steve) Diedrich of Genoa City, WI; two granddaughters, Jill (Joseph) Johanningsmeier of Scottsburg, IN and Kaylee (Jeffrey) Beer of Rantoul; four great-grandchildren, Cole Beer, Emmalynn Reiners, Levi Johanningsmeier, and Nicholas Beer; one brother, Kenneth (Mary) Sorensen of Watseka; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Eunice was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church at Schwer, Faith Circle, and was an assistant janitor at the church. She worked at Western Condenser, Corn Pack, and Iroquois Memorial Hospital. Eunice enjoyed sewing, crafts, reading, and listening to music.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka as well as one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday at church.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church at Schwer. Rev. Steven Jensen will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery at Schwer.
