Eleanor E. Leaver, 82, of Clifton passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at her home. She was born September 30, 1938 in Ashkum Twp., the daughter of Henry and Leah (Noel) White and they preceded her in death in addition to two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by one daughter, Theresa (Andrew) Bailey of Braidwood; one son, Todd Austin of Clifton; one sister, Barbara (Ron) Krumm of Ashkum; four grandchildren, Brandy (Morgan) Wood of Bradley, Andria (Jeremiah) Denoyer of Paxton, Gabrielle Welsh of San Antonio, TX and Garrett Welsh of Elwood; and ten great-grandchildren.

Eleanor was a rural mail carrier in Chebanse and enjoyed crocheting, sewing and crafting.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton. Fr. Vern Arseneau will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Clifton.
