Norma J. Clawson, 87 of Watseka passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at her home in Watseka. She was born on March 23, 1933 in Watseka, the daughter of Albert and Pauline (Conn) Pardy.

She married Charles Clawson on March 20, 1957 in Watseka and he preceded her in death on January 8, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her son, Danny Clawson who passed away on June 7, 2005; her parents; one brother; and one sister.

She is survived by one daughter, Deana Clawson of Watseka; one grandson, Garrett White; and several nieces and nephews.

Norma received her GED in her forty’s and went on to graduate from nursing school at KCC. She retired from Iroquois Memorial Hospital as a LPN in 1996 and enjoyed coin collecting and antiques. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Watseka.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka. Pastor Alex McNally will officiate. Private burial will take place at GAR Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00 on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka.

Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Watseka or to the donor’s choice.
