Sarah L. Schuler, 88, of Watseka passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Iroquois Resident Home in Watseka. She was born August 22, 1929 in Hoopeston, the daughter of John and Vera Gray Anderson. She married Robert “Bob” Schuler on September 1, 1961 in Watseka and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Raymond and Jess Anderson; and two sisters, Luna “Tillie” Nolin and Nellie Mason.

She is survived by two sons, Mike (Jodi) Schuler of Watseka and Doug (Katherine) Schuler of Arlington Heights; four grandchildren, Dylan Schuler of Watseka, Mackenzie Schuler (Ross Walwer) of Woodland, and Hannah & Emily Schuler of Arlington Heights; one great-grandson, Kason Walwer; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Schuler was a member of the Centennial Christian Church in Watseka. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the 11:30 am funeral service on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka. Joe Hughes will officiate. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka.
