As a result of the investigation into the alleged animal cruelty at Fair Oaks Farms, charges have been filed on three individuals  for the beating of a vertebrate animal, Indiana Code 35-46-3-12, a Class A misdemeanor.

 

We anticipate the release of these names within 24 hours.

 

Interviews with other persons of interest are being conducted.

 

Details of the investigation cannot be released at this time as this investigation is still active.
