  1. Police responded to a suspicious person in the 1700 block of E. Walnut St. at 8:30 am.
  2. Police yonducted a traffic stop at Elm and 6th St. at 10:06 am. A verbal warning was given for speeding.
  3. Police responded to a battery complaint in the 300 block of N. Market St. at 12:24 pm.
  4. Police took a report of a pedestrian/ Vehicle accident in the area of 4th and Walnut at

2:23 pm. Both parties had left the scene of the accident and no injuries were reported.

  1. Police esponded to a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of W. Flemming St. at 2:25 pm.
  2. Police esponded to a suicidal subject in the 500 block of E. Oak St. at 3:58 pm.
  3. Police responded to a 911 call in the 1200 block of E. Walnut at 6:18 pm.
  4. Police esponded to the 100 block of E. Oak St. at 7:21 pm for a suicidal subject.
  5. Police esponded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of E. Cherry St. at 7:44 pm.

  1. Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 12:51 am in the 100 block of S. Loveridge Lane.
  2. Police responded to the 400 block of E. Walnut at 9:17 am in reference to syringes laying on the sidewalk.
  3. Police responded to a burglar alarm in the 200 block of E. Cherry St. at 10:02 am.
  4. Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of E. Walnut at 10:17 am. Michael Malone, 77, Watseka, was cited for operation of an Uninsured Vehicle. He posted bond and was released.
  5. Police responded to a suicidal subject in the 400 block of s. 5th St. at 10:45 am,
  6. Police responded to a residential burglary in the 100 block of N. Market at 11:37 am.
  7. Police took a report of identity theft in the 500 block of N. 5th St. at 5:52 pm.
  8. Police responded to solicitors in the 700 block of E. Locust St. at 7:08 pm.
  9. Police responded tb a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 600 block of S. 5th St. at 9:59 pm,
  10. Police responded to a lock out in the 200 block of E. Walnut at 10:50 pm.

  1. Police responded to a shoplifter at Walmart at 10:36 am. Arrested was Sheila Ecker, 63, Gilman, for retail theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance after Police located narcotics in her purse after she was placed into custody, She was transported to the County Jail.
  2. Police responded to a burglary to a business in the 300 block of Old US 24 at 12:25 pm.
  3. Police responded to a dog running at large in the 600 block of S. 4th St. at 4:20 pm.
  4. Police conducted a traffic stop on Cable line Rd. near TWO Rd 165. A verbal warning for speeding was given.
  5. Police responded to a neighborhood dispute in the 500 block of N. Market at 4:58 pm.

 

  1. Police responded to an accident in the area of Chicago and Jackson at 7:24 pm. There was not enough damage to complete a report.
  2. Police conducted a traffic stop on S. Second St. at Mulberry at 8:40 pm. A verbal warning for defective lighting was given.
  3. Police conducted a traffic stop on S. Second at Washington at 9:11 pm. A verbal warning for speeding was given.
  4. Police conducted a traffic stop on Walnut near 5th St. a written warning was issued for Improper Passing.

  1. Police responded to the 100 block of W. Herron Ct. in reference to a drug overdose at 12:52 am.
  2. Police responded to IMH ER at 2:25 am. In reference to a subject that had overdosed and was not combative with the staff.
  3. Police arrested Jeremiah Walker, 40, Watseka, at 9:04 am for Burglary, Theft over $300.00 Criminal Damage to Property, and Criminal Trespass to Real Property. His arrest came after an investigation in to the burglary of a local business. He was transported to the County Jail.
  4. Police responded to the 200 block of N. 8th St. at 9:42 am for an unknown medical problem,
  5. Police responded to a suspicious person in the 400 block of W. North St. at 11:42 am.
  6. Police responded to a civil dispute in the 500 block of E. Walnut at 12:50 pm.
  7. Police responded to a burglar alarm at 1889 E. US HWY 24 at 2:34 pm.
  8. Police responded to a traffic complaint in the 400 block of E. Walnut at 3:27 pm.
  9. Police esponded to a verbal domestic in the 400 block of E. Elm at 6:53 pm.
  10. Police responded to a theft in the 300 block of E. Sheridan at 10:51 pm.

  1. Police esponded to a suspicious person in the 400 block of E. Walnut at 12:58 am.
  2. Police responded to the area of the North Bridge in reference to a reckless Driver at 12:25 pm.
  3. Police responded to the area of North and Jefferson in reference to a reckless driver at

4:27 pm.

  1. Police responded to a complaint of Child Abuse in the 100 block of E. Oak at 4:39 pm.
  2. Police esponded to a 911 hang-up call in the 100 block of E. Cherry St. at 4:40 pm,
  3. Police assisted DCFS with a child abuse accusation in the 100 block of E. Oak St. at 7:36

pm.

  1. Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of Walnut and 6th St. at 10:30 pm. A verbal warning was given for defective equipment.
