According to Police reports, a vehicle driven by Thomas D Gregorash, 22 Watseka was Eastbound on Walnut when the light turned green. Gregorash then let off the brake and was unable to stop when a vehicle driven by Rachel M Hagadonj 43 Rensselaer IN did not start in traffic, No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
