On Monday, April 03, 2018, at approximately 6:50 p.m., KAMEG agents arrested Brian J. Smith, age .34, of Kankakee, for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. During a narcotics investigation in the 400 block of Washington Avenue in Kankakee, Smith delivered 1.4 grams of suspected crack cocaine. Smith was transported to and detained at the Jerome Combs Detention Center
