On March 14th 2018, Garret J. Coffey age 33, of Milford, turned himself into the Iroquois County Jail to begin a 1 year sentence for driving while license suspended. Coffey remains at the Iroquois County Jail awaiting transfer to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On March 13th, 2018 Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Jarrod Burton, age 24, of Sheldon. According to police reports, Burton was wanted on an outstanding Illinois Department of Corrections warrant charging him with escape. Burton was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he was later transferred back to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On March 13th , 2018 Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested James A. Martinez, age 29, of Piper City. According to police reports, Martinez was wanted on an outstanding Iroquois County warrant charging him with failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond and was released.
