1, Jacob N. Westerhoff, 40 of Watseka was arrested on Tuesday July 25, 2017 at 6:59 P.M. in the 600 block of 5. 5th St. for Aggravated domestic battery, after Police were called to a residence there for a disturbance. He was transported to ICSD jail where he awaits a court appearance.
