Elaine Noel-Hubbard, 65, of Beaverville

Elaine Noel-Hubbard, 65, of Beaverville passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee. She was born November 30, 1952 in Kankakee, the daughter of Robert and Elva Lade Schaumburg.

She married Joseph Hubbard on February 14, 2004 in Watseka and he survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Ruby Noel of Cissna Park and Jeanette Noel (Porter Waskosky) of Bourbonnais; two sons, John (Roxann) Noel of Watseka and Terry Noel of Watseka; one sister, Sylvia Clark of Kentland, IN; one brother, Gene (Debbie) Schaumburg of Sheldon; ten grandchildren, Hailey, Ciara, Lannie, Charlie, Joelle, Sabastian, Ian, Noah, Brayson and Ashlyn; two step-sons, Tyson (Jessica) Hubbard of Wichert and Joshua (Crystal) Hubbard of Wichert; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bobby Schaumburg; one son, Jacob Noel; one brother-in-law, George Clark; one step-son, Travis Hubbard.

Elaine was known as the Cake Lady and loved art. She placed in the State Pool Tournament and earned the right to travel to Las Vegas for the National Pool Tournament. She was a seamstress and altered many wedding and prom dresses.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Watseka. Burial will be at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka.

Memorials may be made to the Elaine Noel-Hubbard Memorial Fund.
